CiMatch ("the App") is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
CiMatch is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the App. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account and associated data will be immediately removed.
CiMatch strictly prohibits any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, including but not limited to:
Any user found to be sharing, distributing, or soliciting such content will be immediately banned and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.
Users can report any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns directly within the App by using the built-in block and report feature on any user profile or message. Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.
